Essential Qualification :
(1) Group B or Non Gazetted Officers from RBSSS and Indian Railways should be in Level-10 or Level-09 or Level-8 or Level-7 GP-5400 in PB-3 or GP-5400 in PB-2
(2) The Officers should have working knowledge of Computer
Essential Work Experience : Minimum 15 years experience of Stenography, Secretarial Management, Drafting etc.
