Essential Qualification:

Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or public sector undertakings or recognised Universities or recognised research institutions or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations:

• holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

• with two years service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level 07 in the pay matrix (44,900-1,42,000) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

possessing the following qualifications and experience:-

• Masters degree in any discipline from a recognised University or institute or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Medical Sciences from a recognized University or Institute.

• Three years experience in coordination with Central and State Governments, academic and research institutes of civil society, International development organizations and other stakeholders from a Government recognized Institutes..
