Educational Qualification:

(i) Passed 10+2 examination with Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship as per table1.3(a) of AICTE approval Process Hand Book 2022-23. OR

(ii) Passed minimum 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted

Himachal Pradesh Technical University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various programmes. The method of admission will be Course Admission. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and PWBD Quota. The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. After completion of all procedures, successful candidates will be granted admission to Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India, 177001.
