1) Completed 3 years working experience in development sector at State Level.
2) Atleast 1 year experience in any National Health Programme in Govt. Sector.

Essential Qualification:
1. MBA/PG Degree with minimum 2 years experience in Procurement/ Logistics/Supply Chain Management from a Govt. recognised reputed Institute / Organization. OR
PG Diploma in Procurement Logistics Management OR
PG Diploma in Health / Hospital Administration with minimum 2 years experience in Procurement/ Logistics/Supply Chain Management from Govt. recognised reputed Institute/Organization.
2. Working knowledge in computer.
