Essential Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc. with Good Academic background.
Essential Work Experience: Atleast 15 years of experience in Banking as Officer with atleast 5 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development / Training at senior level.
Desirable:
Proven experience in the designated field, with a focus on expertise and best practices.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
