Officers of Central and State Government or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
Five-year service on regular basis in posts in the level 10 (56100-177500/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and
Possessing a degree from a Government recognised University or Institute.
