Post Name: Company Secretary
Essential Qualification: Preferably retired who is well conversant with the compliances of Company law and Societies like holding meetings and preparing minutes / resolutions passed at the meeting, filing documents with various Govt. Departments / Agencies, maintenance of records etc.
