Essential Qualification:
Professionals having MSc/B Tech/M Tech/MBA/MBBS qualification in relevant subject with R and D experience and published papers. OR
Retired Government employees with requisite qualification and who were in the Pay Band of 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of 5400/- at the time retirement and having at least 20 years experience in the required field.
Desirable: Experience in project report writing skills, Manuscript writing skills, Good Communication and writing skills, documents Knowledge of computer application.
