National Highways Authority of India invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Manager (Administration)

Essential Qualification: Degree of a recognized University / Institute.

Essential Work Experience: At least four years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

For Deputation:

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in PB-3, (15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay 6600 (Pre-revised in CDA Pattern, equivalent to Pay level- 11 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern (IDA) pattern in the parent cadre or Department; OR

(ii) With 04 (four) years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the Pay Band-3 (15600- 39100) with Grade Pay 5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level-10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) equivalent in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/department; OR

(iii) With 06 (six) years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the Pay Band-2 (9300-34800) with Grade Pay 4800/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level-08 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) equivalent in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/department;

 

Post Name: Manager (Legal)

Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute.

Essential Work Experience: 05 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters / arbitration / legislative matters / land acquisition.

For Deputation:

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in PB-3, (15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay 6600 (Pre-revised in CDA Pattern, equivalent to Pay level- 11 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern (IDA) pattern in the parent cadre or Department; OR

(ii) With 04 (four) years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the Pay Band-3 (15600- 39100) with Grade Pay 5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level-10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) equivalent in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/department; OR

(iii) With 07 (seven) years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the Pay Band-2 (9300-34800) with Grade Pay 4800/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level-08 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) equivalent in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/departmen

 

Post Name: Assistant Manager (Legal)

Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute

Essential Work Experience: 05 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters / arbitration / legislative matters / land acquisition.

For Deputation:
