National Institute of Technology Durgapur invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

M.E/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Environmental Science/ Bioprocess Engg or allied subject with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute/ University. or
M.Sc. in Chemistry with valid NET/GATE score and with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute / University. Any other National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, IIT, IISc. IISER etc. will also be considered.
Working experience in the field of wastewater treatment/ environmental biotechnology or related field with publications is preferable. NET /GATE candidate will be preferred. Selected candidate can register for PhD program under this project.
