National Museum invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:
Assistant Conservator
Essential Qualification:
Officers under the Central Government -
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; Or
(ii) with six years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the pay band of 5200-20200 PB-1 grade pay of 2800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and
(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
(i) Masters Degree in Chemistry/Conservation/Fine Arts (Drawing &Painting of a recognized University.
(ii) One years experience of conservation of museum objects Or
(i) Bachelors degree of a recognized University in Science with Chemistry / Physics as one of the subject.
(ii) Three years experience of conservation of museum objects. Or
(i) Bachelors degree of a recognized University in fine arts (Drawing & Painting)
(ii) Three years experience of conservation of museum objects.
