National Water Development Agency invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/ Re-Employment:

Post Name: Additional Chief Executive Officer (Canals)

Essential Qualification:

Re-employment:- Officers retired from the Central Government/State Government/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector undertakings/Semi- Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations who had-

1. worked extensively in the field of water resources development and management with at least 15 years of professional experience in the Planning and Designing/Execution and maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects including canals of which at least 03 years experience should be in the Senior Management level(Level-13) & above; and

2. Having held analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department/organization; or

3. Three years regular service in level 13 of pay matrix (123100-215900/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department/organization; Or;

By Deputation:- Officers serving in Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi- Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations who has-

1. Worked extensively in the field of water resources development and management with at least 15 years of professional experience in the Planning and Designing/Execution and maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects including Canals of which at least 03 years experience should be in the Senior Management Level (Level-13) & above; and

2. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department/organization; or;

3. Three years regular service in level 13 of pay matrix (123100-215900/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department/organization; or

4. With minimum of 17 years of regular service in Group A posts or equivalent posts in the service out of which at least 3 year of regular service should be in the pay Matrix Level-13 (123100-215900/-) or equivalent (including service rendered in NFSG) in the parent cadre/department/organization; And

5. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering;

Desirable: Masters degree in Civil Engineering.

 

Post Name: Additional Chief Executive Officer (Elect & Mech)

Essential Qualification: 

Re-employment:- Officers retired from the central Government/State Government/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector undertakings/Semi- Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations who had-

1. Worked extensively in the field of water resources development and management overall 15 years of professional experience in the Planning and Designing/Execution/Operation and maintenance of Water Resources Development Project including their Electrical/Mechanical components of which at least 03 years experience should be in the Senior Management level (Level-13) & above; and

2. Having held analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department/organization; or

3. Three years regular service in level 13 of pay matrix (123100-215900/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department/organization;

By Deputation:- Officers serving in Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi- Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations who has-

1. Worked extensively in the field of water resources development and management with at least 15 years of professional experience in the Planning and Designing/Execution and maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects including Electrical/Mechanical components of which at least 03 years experience should be in the Senior Management Level (Level-13) & above; and

2. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department/organization; or;

3. Three years regular service in level 13 of pay matrix (123100-215900/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department/organization; or

4. With minimum of 17 years of regular service in Group A posts or equivalent in the service out of which at least 3 year of regular service should be in the Pay Matrix Level-13 (123100-215900/-) or equivalent (including service rendered in NFSG) in the parent cadre/department/organization; And;

5. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Desirable: Masters degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

 

Post Name: Director (Finance)

Essential Qualification: 

By Deputation:- Officers from Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

2. Holding the post in the grade in Level-12 (78,800- 2,09,200/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent with five years of regular service; or;

3. Holding the post in the grade in Level-11 (67,700- 2,08,700/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent with ten years of regular service; And;

4. Bachelors Degree with Commerce or Economics or Finance as a subject from a recognized University;

Desirable:-

1. Masters degree with Commerce or Economics or Finance as a subject from a recognized University; And

2. Having at least 10 years experience in finance, accounts, audit and budget and other financial matters
