Essential Qualification:
(i) BE/BSC/BA and Diploma in Computer Application/IT/Hardware Maintenance and Networking or other related Computer Qualification.
(ii) Minimum 5 years working experience in Indian Railways.
(iii) Good Knowledge of IT, Hardware/Software Base Video Conferencing.
(iv) Good Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Firewall and EPABX.
(v) Good knowledge of managing Cisco/Polycom Video Conference Device, connecting multiple locations at a time.
(vi) Good Knowledge of managing Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Zoom and NIC Video conferencing.
