Post Name: Deputy General Manager (Human Resource)
Essential Qualification: Full-time MBA (HR)/ full-time MSW / full-time PGDBM (HR/HRD) (PGDBM should be 2 yrs full time recognized as MBA by UGC/ AICTE). Candidate having degree in Law (3 years duration) shall be preferred.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum of 22 years (post-qualification) relevant experience as on 30th June, 2022 in HR disciplines (IR, Legal aspects pertaining to Labor matters, welfare, establishment, statutory compliances, domestic enquiry, HR management, framing welfare schemes etc.) of a large scale continuously operating process industry like fertilizers, petrochemicals, refinery, power and steel etc.
Desirable: Must have prior experience in handling IR issues, issues related to local authorities, Thorough understanding of labor laws, Drafting Skills and high level of interpersonal skills & Counseling abilities etc.
