CSIR National Chemical Laboratory invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Principal Project Associate

  1. Essential Qualification:

  2. Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and

  3. Eight (8) years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services; OR ME/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent with Six(6) years experience in R&D in industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T Organizations and Scientific activities and services; OR

  4. Doctoral Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and

  5. Four(4) years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.

Desirable:

  1. Good knowledge of vacuum distillation based fractionation

  2. Good understanding of the Fundamentals of VLE

  3. good Experience in ASPEN simulations

  4. Experience in handling lab-Scale Distillation/Fractionation units.

 

Post Name: Project Associate-I

Essential Qualification: Bechelore degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.

Desirable:

  1. Good knowledge of Vacum Fractionation

  2. Good knowledge of ASPEN simulations.
