Competition Commission of India invites applications for the following posts via Deputation :

Post Name : Additional Director General

Essential Qualification :

(1) Officers of the all India Services or Central Civil Services Group A or Autonomous Organizations or Regulatory Authorities or Universities or Academic or Research Institutions etc. and

(2) Working in analogous post or grade

(i) 1 year experience in Grade Pay of Rs. 8700

(ii) 5 years service in Grade Pay of Rs. 7600

(3) Bachelor degree in Law/Economics/Commerce/Business Administration with finance & Accounts/CA/CS/Cost Accountant or any equivalent degree considered useful by the Selection Committee.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Experience in Competition Law/Matters

(2) Having experience in Investigation/ Enforcement of any Economic/ Regulatory Law dealing with Regulation/ Investigation.
