Officer of central /state Government /state Government /Union Territories/autonomous of statutory organizations/PSUs/University/Recognized Research Institution/Court/Tribunal:

(i)(a) Holding analogus post on regular basis in the parent cadre of department,

or

(b)With three years regular service in the level-13 of pay matrix and

(ii)(a)Having a Degree in Engineering from recognized University of Institution.

(b)15 years of experience in the field of engineering, preferably in Telecommunications/Broadcasting
