Post Name: Statistical Officer

Essential Qualification:

• Atleast Second Class Masters Degree in Economics or

• Atleast Second Class Masters Degree in Statistics or

• Atleast Second Class Masters Degree in Mathematics with paper in Statistics or

• Atleast Second Class Masters Degree in Commerce with Statistics or

• Atleast Second Class MSc (Agriculture) Statistics from a University established by law in India or Foreign qualifications recognised as equivalent thereto by the Government

• A Certificate (RS-CIT course conducted by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited) awarded by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University Kota or any other certificate awarded by a competent authority declared equivalent to above certificate by the Department of Information Technology and Communication in Government of Rajasthan

• Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture

Essential Work Experience: Experience of handling official Statistics atleast for one year in a Government Department or reputed commercial concern or University Provided that candidates:-

• With first class Masters degree or Doctorate in any of the subjects specified as Educational Qualifications or

• Having undergone successfully two years training in Statistics at a recognized Statistical Institute or University or

• Having passed one years Diploma Course from recognised University or Institution having Statistics and Economics as optional papers or

• Belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes need not possess this experience
