National Institute of Naturopathy invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Consultant (Civil)

Essential Qualification :

(1) 3 years Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized college/institute

(2) BE / BTech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized college/institute or equivalent

Essential Work Experience :

(1) 20 years experience working as Junior Engineer/ Assistant Engineer/ Executive Engineer in PWD/CPWD or autonomous organizations or reputed construction company.

(2) Dealing with preparation of Estimate / DPR, Procurement through GEM, Preparation of tender documents, contract management, Annual Maintenance Contract, Maintenance of electrical, mechanical and civil constructions project. Knowledge of contract management, GFR, Govt rules and regulations

(3) An Executive Engineer retired from PWD/CPWD/PSUs will be given preference.

Post Name : Consultant (Admin)

Essential Qualification : Graduate or equivalent from a recognized college.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) 20 years working experience in establishment, accounts and administration in a Govt./ semi- Govt. or autonomous institute. Dealing with disciplinary, RTI, Vigilance cases.

(2) Incumbent should be thorough in CCS (CCA) rules, PFMS, conducting inquiries, recruitment procedures, preparation of rosters, MSLs and e-office.

(3) A retired Govt. officer from the post of Deputy Secretary/ Under-Secretary or equivalent rank of Govt. of India will be preferred.

Desirable :

(1) Degree in Law / Personnel Management.

(2) Knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations.

(3) Knowledge of Computer operations.
