Essential Qualification :(1) The Applicant should be an Indian national.
(2) Applicant should be Graduate; Post Graduate preferred.
(3) Applicant should have retired from MEA at the level of Under Secretary.
Essential Work Experience : Experience in MEA headquarters preferably in Territorial/Administration Division.
Desirable: Proficiency in use of computers (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Strong written and spoken communication skills.
