Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology from reputed University/Institute.

• Preferable: Masters Degree in Engineering/Management from reputed Indian/ International Institute/University

Skill set required:

• Desirable experience upto 02 Years in start-up related work

• Experience as an entrepreneur wherein the candidate has himself/herself created a start-up (successful or failed start-up)

• Knowledge in Project planning and Execution, planning outreach activities, designing and delivering training programs, business plan development, proposal writing, Research designing and report writing, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation.

• Communication and presentation skills will be an added advantage

Post Name: Regional Consultant

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputed University/Institute

• Preferable: Masters Degree in Engineering/Management from reputed Indian/ International Institute/University

Skill set required:

• 03 years Experience:

• In project planning and execution, handling new subject effectively, Program/ Project implementation and Management, Outreach activities.

• In designing and delivering training programs, business plan development, proposal writing, Research designing and report writing, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation, communication and presentation skills

Post Name: Executive Consultant

Essential Qualification:

• A Masters degree preferably in Technology/ Development Policy/Administration/Business Management/ Innovation Management/ Entrepreneurship with minimum 6 years of experience in the domain of technology transfer & commercialisation, innovation and IP management, start-up and entrepreneurship etc.

Skill set required:

• Substantial years of experience in technology licensing and commercialisation programs. Have experience in IP Management in academic and industry setup. Have hands on experience in technology Transfer project management and successfully executed transferred technologies to industry. Have exposure to innovation and start up industry and depth understanding about the sector. Worked in incubation unit and have connection with industry, investors etc. Understood well about cluster approach of innovation and technology development. Had experience in designing and delivering capacity development and training programs in the areas of technology development and commercialisation.

Preference:

• Desirable: Good communication and presentation skill, research and report writing, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation, passion for the sector etc. Experience as an entrepreneur wherein the candidate has himself/herself created a start-up (successful or failed start-up) will be an added advantage. Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team

• Carry out Technology Transfer, Innovation Commercialisation, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Intellectual property related project planning, coordination, and execution of innovation clusters development. Carry out industry interactions and conduct institute - industry meets to facilitate technology transfers. Coordinate with HEIs for promotion and support of IP generation, technology development, technology commercialisation etc. Design and deliver technology transfer capacity development. Managing grant support to clusters, and technology development. Network and coordination with industry and institute and building service support mechanisms for mentoring, technology commercialisation and start up development. Involve in research, report preparation. Carry out progress monitoring & impact evaluation. Ensure proper communication & presentation to stakeholders
