Regional Centre for Biotechnology invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post :
Post Name : Project Assistant
Essential Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or equivalent (The student having prior experience in organic synthesis, purification, and characterization will be preferred)
Essential Work Experience : Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in organic synthesis, separation/purification techniques such as distillation, crystallization, extraction, chromatography etc., experience in the operation of equipment to aid in chemical synthesis, purification and interpretation of spectral data obtained for techniques like NMR, MS, IR, and HPLC etc., knowledge to follow safe lab practices and SOPs. Candidate should be hardworking and a team player with interpersonal skills.
