Essential Qualification : UDCs in the Pay Matrix Level-4 of the 7th CPC having at least 10 years of regular service in the grade on deputation followed by absorption.Persons holding analogous posts Assistant on substantive basis in the Level-6 of the 7th CPC having completed minimum tenure of 3 years of regular service after initial appointment at ICAR Headquarters/Insitutes as on 1st July 2022 may also apply for the said position to consider their candidature on inter-institutional basis.
