Essential Qualification:

With five years of regular service in Level- 8 of the Pay Matrix; in Vigilance.
With eight years of regular service in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix; in Vigilance.
Desirable:
Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.
Preference will be given to officers having Procurement. /Planning and Policy/Budgeting/Project implantation /e governance experience.
