Jharkhand Public Service Commission invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Deputy Director (Prosecution)

Essential Qualification:

1. Law graduate.

2. Must have at least 10 years of continuous practice as an advocate, preferably in the field of prosecution, as a Prosecution Lawyer.

3. With reference to the report of their respective District / Sub-Divisional Bar Association or the concerned Public Prosecutor regarding having at least 10 years of continuous working experience as a Prosecution Lawyer practicing as an advocate, especially in the field of prosecution. On the basis of the report of the concerned District Magistrate or the concerned High Court Bar Association, the experience certificate issued / provided by the concerned Advocate General will be valid. The experience certificate issued/provided by the State Level Controlling Department/Directorate will be valid for the prosecutors working in the Prosecution Service. The details of the experience certificate will have to be entered in the online application and it will be mandatory to present the said certificate in original at the time of interview.
