Exam name : Jail Warders Exam 2022

Educational Qualification :

(1) Intermediate Examination from School Education Council Uttarakhand or Passed the examination declared as equivalent thereto.

(2) Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script; Preferential Qualification

(3) Served in the Territorial Army for a period of not less than two years

(4) Possess B certificate of National Cadet Corps.

Recruitment Details

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission invites application for various posts. Total 261 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 07 /E-2/DR/JW/2022-23. The minimum age limit is 21 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes and Ex-Servicemen will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-servicemen, Women and Freedom Fighter . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. There will be a Physical Test. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Uttarakhand, India, 246130.

Amendment in Result of Physical Test The physical standards and physical efficiency test result of Jail Prison Guard dated 10/08/2023 is amended as follows:-(i) Due to non-participation of the candidate Mr Brijmohan Rawat (roll number 227030) in the physical standards and physical efficiency test, the result of the candidates physical standards and physical efficiency test dated 10/08/2023 is cancelled.(ii) On the basis of participation and success in the physical standards and physical efficiency test of the candidate Shri Brijmohan (roll no. 227032), the candidate is declared successful in the physical standards and physical efficiency test.For more details refer to Physical Test Result Amendment Notice attachment.
