Essential Qualification: A person who has retired at the Level 9, 10 or 11 as per 7th CPC, from the Central government office or Autonomous bodies under Central government following CDA pattern, and has at least three years experience In Accounts & Finance, procurement and Govt. Audit units.

Desirable: Having Knowledge of Computer (MS word and Excel).

Essential Work Experience: Applicant has good knowledge of General Financial Rules, Delegation of Financial powers, receipt and payment rules and Accounting rules & Procedure and Audit.
