Post Name: Research and Partnership Manager

Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Education / Communication

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience working in similar roles preferably for Academic Institutions

Desirable:

1. Good written and verbal skills, is comfortable in English, Hindi, is self-motivated and dynamic and a team player with multi-tasking abilities.

2. Knowledge of working on collaborative application like google sheet, slide, etc. Knowledge of Video editing Software’s.

3. Knowledge of DTP applications like Corel Draw, etc.

4. Knowledge in computational thinking.

5. Deeper understanding of Constructive Pedagogy in Teaching and Learning with Technology

6. The ability to coordinate with people from diverse background and geography.

7. Ability to work collaboratively.

Post Name: Research Intern

Essential Qualification:

1. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, movie maker, photo story, etc. and familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet and similar applications

2. Must have completed a Bachelors degree in any field.

Desirable:

1. Proficient in Hindi, English and Marathi

2. Owns a laptop with a reliable internet connection

3. The applicant should be open to learning new technology applications as per the requirement of the project

4. Applicant should have an interest in research in the area of Education

5. Sensitivity towards diversity in language and culture

6. Interest to learn and work with students

7. Applicant must be based in Mumbai

Post Name: Research Assistant

Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Science, Education, Social Sciences, Statistics or equivalent from recognized institutions.

Desirable:

1. A good understanding and working experience of SPSS and other statistical softwares for quantitative and/or qualitative analysis

2. Experience in research in the area of education

3. Experience in field observation and data collection

4. .Experience in research and working with teachers and student

5. Experience in independently handling tasks with tight deadlines and with attention to detail

6. Administering research tools Experience in organizing and analyzing data (quantitative and qualitative)

7. Experience in drafting research papers and reports
