Essential Qualification : Graduation in any stream with MBA/PGDBM and 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years of experience in core HR Recruitment along with operations and 2 years of Experience in Project Management/Administration in R&D/IT organisation.
Essential Work Experience : More than 2 years of experience in the recruitment and management of Government projects.
Desirable : Preference would be given to the candidate having more than 3 years of experience for the Management of Government project.
