Adjudicating Authority invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Member (Law)

Essential Qualification : For the Member from the field of Law, a person shall be qualified for appointment if he -

(a) is qualified for appointment as District Judge; or

(b) has been a member of the Indian Legal Service and has held a post in Grade-I of that Service.

3. In terms of the provisions contained in PMLA, one of the Members of the Adjudicating Authority shall be appointed as its Chairperson in the pay scale of Level 15 (182200-224100/-) {6th CPC Scale in HAG-67000- (annual increment @3%)- 79000} with usual allowances as are admissible to a Group A officer of the equivalent grade. The pay of Chairperson or Member shall be fixed in terms of the instructions of the Government issued in this regard.
