With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-6 (35400-112400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Production Engineering from recognized University or Institute
Essential Work Experience: Three years experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance Department in the area of Armament Production and Inspection.
