Ministry of Road Transport and Highways invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Member (Project)

Essential Qualification: A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member (Project) unless he/she:-

1. has degree in Civil Engineering; and

2. is employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under law for the time being in force; and is holding an analogous post in Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of 67000- 79000(6th CPC) / level 15 of pay matrix under 7th CPC

3. (I) (a) as at least three years regular service in the Senior Administrative

(b) Grade of pay band-4 with pay scale of 37400-67000/- plus grade pay of 10000/- (6th CPC)/ level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC
(c) as held at least twenty five years regular service in Group A posts in the pay band-3 with pay scale of 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of 5400/- one (6th CPC) /level 10 of pay matrix under 7th CPC and above out of which at least with band-4 year regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay of 10000/-(6th CPC)/ level 14 of pay scale of 37400-67000/- plus grade pay pay matrix under 7th CPC; and

(II) having eighteen years experience in the field of Highway Engineering related to implementation of the projects.
