Post Name: Staff Nurse

Essential Qualification: B.Sc in Nursing OR Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent and registered nurse OR ANM with any State Nursing Council Registration.

Post Name: Lab Technician

Essential Qualification: B.Sc./ three years diploma in MLT from the recognized University

Desirable:

1. Trained in nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab collection
2. Valid driving licence issued by government of India

Post Name: Field Worker

Essential Qualification:

1. Standard 10 with minimum seven years of post-qualification work experience in clinical trials/ health related research projects. OR

2. Standard 12 with minimum five years of post-qualification experience in clinical trials/ health related research projects. OR

3. Degree/ Diploma in MLT with minimum one year of post qualification experience in clinical trials/ health related research projects. OR

4. Graduation (Degree) in any discipline from a recognized University with two years of post-qualification experience in clinical research. OR

5. Degree/ Diploma in clinical research

Desirable:

1. Work experience in community trials/ as clinical field workers/ in the maternal and child health domain

2. Basic business computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, e-mail)

3. Well versed in recording the Data

4. Effective communication skills
