Post Name: Deputy Legal Adviser
Essential Qualification: Officer of the Central Government/State Government / Recognized Research Institutions/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi-Government/ Statutory or Autonomous Qrganisation.
Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department,
With Five years service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the pay band-3 scale of pay 15600-39100 with grade pay of 6600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department,
Bachelors degree in law from a Recognised University.
Ten years experience in prosecution of Criminal Cases.
Post Name: Senior Public Prosecutor
Essential Qualification: Officer of the Central Government/State Government / Recognized Research Institutions/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi-Government/ Statutory or Autonomous Qrganisation.
Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department,
With two years service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the pay band-2 scale of pay 9300-34800 with grade pay of 4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department,
Bachelors degree in law from a Recognised University.
Five years experience in prosecution of Criminal Cases.
Post Name: Public Prosecutor
Essential Qualification: Officer of the Central Government/State Government / Recognized Research Institutions/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi-Government/ Statutory or Autonomous Qrganisation.
Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department,
With Five years service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the pay band-3 scale of pay 15600-39100 with grade pay of 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department,
Bachelors degree in law from a Recognised University.
Eight years experience in prosecution of Criminal Cases.
