  1. Govt employee who has retired as Section Officer/Under Secretary/Accountant/Senior Accountant from a government organisation and having a minimum 3 years of experience in handling Budge formulation and related work and proficient in MS-Excel.

  2. Govt employee who has retired as Section Officer/Under Secretary from a government organisation and having a minimum 3 years of experience in handling Finance matters in Central Ministry.
