(i) Post Graduate Diploma / CPS Diploma in the concerned subject recognized by the Medical Council of India or equivalent qualification OR Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject recognized by the Medical Council of India OR Super Specialist Degree / Diploma in the concerned subject recognized by the Medical Council of India
(ii) Foreign degree holders qualified by the Medical Council of India
(iii) Permanent Registration in the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council
