National Institute of Urban Affairs invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Subject Matter Expert (Urban Planning and Housing)

Essential Qualification:

• Masters degree in Urban Management/ Urban Planning/ Urban Design/ Development Studies/ International Cooperation or a related field

• Global certifications in Organisation Development/ HR Management, or related areas is preferred

Essential Work Experience:

• Experienced in Urban Planning and Housing sectors, with a focus on implementing training programmes and capacity building initiatives.

• Proficient in developing and delivering Urban Planning and Housing capacity building curricula and pedagogical frameworks.

• Ten years of direct experience in organisational capacity building, development, and training.

• Five years of experience in designing and delivering training for adult audiences across various settings.

• Demonstrated skills and experience in organisational assessment, especially in international contexts.

• Experience in leading upskilling and future skills analysis in at least two industries over the past five years
