Essential Qualification:

• The candidates must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in graphic design/Fine arts/Visual communication or a related field. Experience in science illustration would be an asset. OR Candidates must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in Science/Technology/Engineering fields with proven 1-2 years of work experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Blender, etc. related software.

• Candidates should be able to develop creative and innovative design concepts for a wide range of R&D projects, including but not limited to posters, brochures, infographics, digital advertisements, social media graphics, newsletters, annual magazines, etc.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with researchers, faculty, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of new creative initiatives aimed at promoting and highlighting research excellence at IITGN.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
