National Health Systems Resource Centre invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Legal Consultant

Essential Qualification :

(1) A bachelors degree in law from a recognized Institution/ University.

(2) Handling of Court cases/ arbitration cases including those related to public interest litigations/public health emergencies/ establishment/ contractual cases at High Court and Supreme Court level.

(3) Knowledge of Government administrative regulations/ experience in Legal procedures/ labour laws/ arbitration matters.

(4) Fluency in written and oral English/ legal drafting skills.

(5) Familiarity with Mental Health Programme and Government Schemes.

(6) Qualification & Experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on Office software.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) 5 years experience in legal matters out of which atleast 2 years of experience must be with Central Government and having exposure to the following areas:

(2) Experience of examination and analysis of Law/ Statute.
