Essential Qualification:

  • Ph.D with 1st class in preceding degree from a recognized Institute of repute in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or equivalent with at least 8 years of experience out of which 3 years in the Grade Pay of 8700/- in PB-4 (Pay Level – 13) or equivalent. OR

  • M.Tech./ME with 1st Class from a recognised Institute of repute in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or equivalent with at least 13 years of experience out of which 3 years in the Grade Pay of 8700/- in PB-4 (Pay Level – 13) or equivalent.

  • Proven competence in planning /Installation/Operation /Management/ Maintenance of Networks/Systems in large organisations.

  • Organisational ability for coordinating and managing various services and systems in a large organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge of purchase and other administrative processes in Government Organisations.
