MBA Degree in any stream with 12 years of experience in which 6 years should be relevant Industrial experience
Deputation/Retired-On Govt deputation/Retired Industrial Development Deputation. from Govt service. the rank should not be less than joint secretary level to the Govt of Bihar either from Indian Administration Servlce(IAS) or Bihar pension. Administrative Service (BAS)
