Post Name: Assistant HR Manager
Essential Qualification:
He/ She should possess MLW/MSW/MBA(HR)/PGDB from any of the universities established under the Central or a State act in Indian or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
Post qualification work experience of 5 or more years preferably in Cement Industry particularly Limestone mines.
Logistic knowledge of State of Gujarat including rail, roads and sea.
Knowledge of commercial papers, agreements and other commercial terms and conditions.
Familiar with labour laws and State laws related to land.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
