Post Name: Assistant HR Manager

Essential Qualification:

  • He/ She should possess MLW/MSW/MBA(HR)/PGDB from any of the universities established under the Central or a State act in Indian or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

  • Post qualification work experience of 5 or more years preferably in Cement Industry particularly Limestone mines.

  • Logistic knowledge of State of Gujarat including rail, roads and sea.

  • Knowledge of commercial papers, agreements and other commercial terms and conditions.

  • Familiar with labour laws and State laws related to land.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
