Post Name: Junior Research Assistant

Essential Qualification:

  1. M.A in Sociology/ Economics/ Geography/ Environment and Development/ Development Studies with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA

  2. Demonstrable evidence of familiarity with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Desirable Qualification:

  1. Experience of working with a private/ public sector research and consultancy organisation specialising in social and environmental impact assessments.

  2. Demonstrable experience of carrying out field-based research, including socioeconomic surveys, primary and secondary data collection, analysis and report writing.

  3. Skills of quantitative data collection and analysis, geospatial analysis along with familiarity with statistical analysis software packages
