Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification:

1. Serving or retired Professor / Scientist in pay level 14 or equivalent in any government R&D organization plus 10 years of experience in relevant field(s), or

2. Serving or retired Professor / Scientist in pay level 15 or above in any government R&D organization with experience in relevant field(s), or

3. Professor or Scientist in pay level 14 or above having at least 5 years of experience out of which at least 2 years of experience in heading any government R&D laboratory or government recognized R&D laboratory working in relevant field(s)

Desirable: The person should have a wide-ranging experience and required track record for carrying out research, collaborative projects, setting up of large research facilities, strategic research planning and technology transfer. The candidate should have demonstrated research experience in one or more areas related to the verticals: desert warfare technology, omni mobility vehicles, AI for information & wargaming technologies or related systems in terms of research and technology development or guidance of Ph.D students with strong record of publication in reputed journals and conferences, patents, laboratory/course development and/or other recognized relevant professional activities.
