Essential Qualification :

(1) Officers of Central and State Governments or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory Bodies holding analogous posts;

(2) Officers in Central or State Government or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory Bodies with six years of regular service in the level 4 (Rs.25500- 81100/-) in the pay matrix

(3) Possessing degree from a Government recognised University:

(4) Proficiency in computer operations and typing

(5) Having undergone training in Cash and Accounts in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent.

Essential Work Experience : At least three years experience in Administration or Finance or Vigilance or Budget;
