National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Project Associate-II

Essential Qualification:

(i) A candidate must have completed B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering.

(ii) The applicant must have obtained Ph.D degree from a recognized University. Those who have submitted their PhD thesis and are awaiting award of the degree are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates, if selected, will be offered a lower fellowship amount till they qualify for the eligible degree. They must be able to provide a provisional degree certificate from the degree-awarding institute.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) A Technical Knowledge of ANSYS and FLUENT or Process Simulation of ASPEN PLUS Modelling.

(ii) Knowledge about Analytical techniques using GC or GCMS or GCxGC TOFMS or PTR TOFMS or TGA FTIR or NMR or ICP AES is highly appreciable.
