Essential Qualification:

• Graduate with first class (minimum 60%) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering and other allied areas or M. Tech. /ME/MS with first class (minimum 60%) in Electronics and communication Engineering (ECE)/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Microelectronics and other allied areas or M.Sc. with first class (minimum 60 %) in Electronics/Physics and allied areas. 5% relaxation shall be applicable for SC/ST/PWD Candidates

• Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/exam:

• GATE

• CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship)

• National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of good programming skills in MATLAB, Verilog and VHDL.

• Research experience in the relevant field

• Ability to work in the team and good communication skills.
