Eligibility: BE and MBA (Desirable)

• 10+ years of experience in the IT domain.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in developing and delivering a IT & digitalization strategy as IT head in large organization preferably in mining or manufacturing strategy.

• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specification.

• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks and security.

• Experience in Digital Technologies, and hands-on experience on process improvement; product and solution development.

• Experience in hardware, operating systems, software and application development, server and web server administration, platform integration and API.

• Understanding of and experience with database concepts.

• Full project lifecycle experience.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.
