Essential qualification:

(a) Class X Passed

(b) Should be a Diploma or Degree holder in music from a recognized institution

(c) Should be able to accompany dance performances and dance-dramas of Kalakshetra

(d) Should be able to read and write music notations

(e) Should be able to handle the practical and theory classes.
