Essential Qualification: 

Officers under the Central/ State Government/ Union Territories/ Recognized Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi Government/ Autonomous/ Statutory Organizations including officers of Narmada Control Authority:-

  1. Who are drawing pay in pay matrix-14 including Non Functional Upgradation (144200-218200) in Parent cadre/Department.

  2. In Pay Matrix level-12 (78800-2099200) or equivalent with minimum 8 years regular service in the grade in the parent cadre/Department.

  3. With Minimum 17 years of regular service in Group A Posts or equivalent in the service out of which at least 1 year of service should be pay matrix-13 (123100-215900) or equivalent (including service rendered in Non founctional selection grade) in the parent cdre/department.

  4. Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.

  5. The officer should have minimum of overall experience of 5 years in planning, formulation/ execution of large, major and multipurpose river valley projects in the irrigation/power sector and also adequate administrative acumen.

Desirable: Experience in dealing with inter-State Issues.
